Wall Tiling

a)     Kitchen is designed to compliment the decor with ceramic wall tiles for 2 feet above the platform.

b)     Toilet to create a world of your own will have ceramic wall tiles for 5 feet height

Kitchen Platform & Sink

a)     Kitchen platform of 2feet width polished granite of  20mm  thickness.

Doors / Windows / Ventilators

a)     Main door frame made of padauk with moulded flush shutters. Other doors will be of country wood.

b)     Toilet doors will be of PVC.

c)     Windows will be of Country wood with MS grill protection with glass.

Painting Finishes

a)     All walls except kitchen, service, balconies and toilets will be finished with putty and OBD.

b)     Ceilings will be finished with cement paint.

c)     External walls will be finished with Supercem.

d)    All doors , windows and grills will be of enamel paint.

e)    Kitchen, service area and balcony inner area will be of cement paint.

Note: The color of the paint wherever not mentioned will be as per our choice.

Electrical

a)     Three-phase supply with concealed wiring will be provided. The actual supply will be single or three phase based on the TNEB rules and regulations at the time of energizing the complex.

b)     Separate meter will be provided for each flat in the main board located outside the flat at the place of our choice.

c)     Common meters will be provided for common services in the main board.

d)     A/C provision with electrification will be provided in the master bedroom .

e)     15A plug points will be provided for Fridge, Washing machine and geyser(one toilet only) in toilets.

Plumbing & Sanitary

a)     All   toilets  will be provided with  EWC

b)     Pedestal washbasin of color matching to tile in the master  bed room toilet

c)     Dining will be provided with washbasin without counter.

d) Chromium plated fittings of the type Waterman or equivalent will be provided in toilets.

Common Amenities:

a)     An overhead tank of required capacity will be provided for bore well .

b)     Deep bore wells will be provided. The depth will be decided by us based on the yield.

c)      Car parks will be provided at extra cost.
